You will learn if they received the support they were promised. Also, you can find out if communication with the parent company been open and helpful.

Mostly you will be trying to learn from them if they are happy with their decision to be a part of that franchise. If other franchisees are not happy with the franchise opportunities they are engaged in, then you may want to rethink your decision to do business with that company.
